GVA Redilco has been granted an exclusive leasing mandate to market a brand-new “Grade A” logistics asset which is currently under construction in the municipality of Fara Sabina, within the Passo Corese district. The asset is owned by AEW – one of the European leaders in real estate investments and asset management.
The brand-new warehouse, designed by Engineering 2K as the general contractor, is a speculative development within the North Rome Logistic Center, in a strategic location just 30 km from the capital and easily connected to the main road networking (ca. 20 km away from the G.R.A., and ca. 4 km away from Fiano Romano tollgate of the A1 motorway). This strategical logistics location has already been chosen by prestigious companies as well as leading logistics operators.
The ca. 50,000 sqm asset, can be split into 4 independent units of ca. 12,000 sqm each including office space and is currently under construction on a Gross Land Area of ca. 100,000 sqm.
The brand-new warehouse is in line with the latest modern international logistics standards, with a clear internal height (under beam) of 11m, 56 loading bays (cross-dock), LED lighting and an ESFR / NFPA sprinkler system.
Completion is expected by the first quarter of 2021, and customization of the space remains feasible according to specific tenant requirements.
