A residential development by Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia, promoted by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, with Dils as advisor and commercial partner.
The presentation of Milano 3.0 by prestigious Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia was held this morning. The new, modern and innovative residential development in the heart of the natural context of Milano 3 is characterized by the quality of its architecture and by numerous amenities.
During presentation of the ‘Next Generation Living’ project – with representatives of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, promoter of the initiative alongside the HighGarden Fund, Orion European Real Estate Fund V, the Fund’s main investor, and Dils, advisor and commercial partner – the architect Alfonso Femia revealed the elements that make Milano 3.0 unique as a place which answers contemporary living needs thanks to the landscape context in which it is immersed and the amenities made available to residents.
With technical coordination by Starching, which also takes care of the project’s integrated design, Milano 3.0 will involve the construction of six residential buildings, comprising about 260 apartments of different sizes overlooking the lake or the large surrounding park, as well as numerous amenities including a concierge, a locker room, a welcoming multifunctional area with lake views, indoor and outdoor fitness space, a children’s play area, a space for gatherings and rooms reserved for the storage of bicycles and strollers.
The relationship between the residences and the landscape is the characteristic element of Milano 3.0, which is manifested in all the aspects of its architecture. From creation of the large Podium -which welcomes an articulated sequence of plants, seats and rest spaces, enriching the development – to the diamond and iridescent ceramic cladding of the buildings, a distinctive sign of architect Alfonso Femia that brings movement based on the reflected natural light. From the loggias and the facades to the bow windows and full-height windows, which allow residents to enjoy the beauty of every season.
This dialogue is also reflected in the choices made in terms of the project’s sustainability, due to be energy class A4, the highest foreseen by legislation. The environmental impact will be as low as possible thanks to the use of environmentally friendly materials and cutting-edge technologies that allow the use of energy from renewable sources, such as geothermal and solar, in addition to the installation of charging stations for electric cars and a pedestrian cycle path around the complex.
From the point of view of the interior design, thanks to a collaboration with Milan Contract District and other important partners, the Milano 3.0 project has been designed as an exclusive product with attention to detail. Listone Giordano, Gessi and Lualdi, who respectively took care of the wooden floors, taps and doors, have created product lines specifically for the project. Added to these are other important brands such as Florim, for indoor ceramics, Cesana, for bathtubs and shower trays, and BTicino, for home automation.
