GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale of a real estate portfolio owned by a prime Italian pension fund.
As part of a wider deal involving up to 27 assets for a total volume in excess of € 90 million, Savills Investment Management SGR, on behalf of a prime international investor assisted by Kervis Asset Management, purchased the first 22 buildings for over € 60 million.
The portfolio comprises mixed-use assets with a value-add profile, mostly located in Lombardy.
