GVA Redilco acted as exclusive advisor in the Sale and Purchase agreement on a new Grade A logistics warehouse, located within the Vigasio Logistics Park in the namesake municipality positioned south of Verona.
The cold storage building, built to suit for a primary chain of grocery stores, has a total gross lettable area of approx. 15,000 sqm and is leased on a long-term agreement. The asset was sold by Serenissima SGR to BGO Logistics Fund 1, managed by Kervis SGR.
Strategically located in front of the A22 motorway, the cross-docking asset has a 12 m clear ceiling height and a photovoltaic system to manage the temperature control system. Thanks to its high sustainability and energy saving standards, the warehouse is currently in the process of obtaining LEED® certification.
