GVA Redilco advisor in the letting of about 14,500 sqm in Rome’s EUR district

An office use building owned by InvestiRE SGR has been leased to a multinational telecommunications company.

“With this letting we confirm a positive trend for GVA Redilco, which to date has recorded an office take-up of about 40,000 sqm in the capital city, potentially reaching the milestone of 50,000 sqm by the end of 2018,” stated Roberto De Grandis – Head of Rome Office of GVA Redilco. “This positive performance is also supported by landlords investing in asset improvements, which we believe to be an essential element for the highly active rental market, particularly in the EUR district.”
