GVA Redilco advised AXA Investment Managers on the sale of Casa Tonolli

GVA Redilco Capital Markets team has advised AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, in the sale of a prestigious building in Via Santa Maria alla Porta, to a private investor.

Set in the historical and financial heart of Milan, the asset was built in 1921 in Art Decò style.
The building has a 2,300 square meters commercial surface, developed on six floors above ground and two underground and is the Italian office of a leading international law firm.
