GVA Redilco announces the successful conclusion of the built to suit project for the new branch Italian office of Avery Dennison, the global leader US corporation operating in labelling and packaging materials and solutions.
The company, ranked in “Fortune 500” as well as by Forbes in the Global 2000 Leading Company, since the beginning of 2014 has been given the services of the Industrial & Logistics Team of GVA Redilco.
The development of the new logistic & production building is under construction in the Municipality of Cadorago (Como), and it’ll face the motorway A9.
GVA Redilco acted as exclusive advisor during the mapping of the territory looking for the location, the following planning phase and the technical and documental analyses till to the pre-let contract subscription with the developer; the new building, of approx. 9,200 sq.m of total surface, will consist of 8,500 sq.m. for production and storage use and 700 sq.m. for office use. The building with an height under beams of 10.50 mt. and equipped with a Sprinkler Systems NFPA, is under construction by RE.AL., the Real Estate newCo controlled by Robustelli Logistics, and it will be handed-in to the US tenant by the end of this year.
