FONDO GO ITALIA I, an alternative real estate investment fund managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR SpA, has completed the commercial activities aimed at letting the brand-new warehouse located within Arese Logistics Park, which began only a year ago in parallel with the start of the construction works.
Subsequent to the lease of the first module, dating back to last May, the new lease contract was recently signed for 30,000 sqm including offices at mezzanine level, with a leading International tenant.
Hence it is successfully accomplished, thanks also to the support of the advisor GVA Redilco, the lease of all Arese Logistics Park modules that works have been carried out not on commission for a specific tenant, but rather for the “ready-to-go” market. This lease represents indeed a successful experience for the national logistics market since 2013 as it is the first transaction to see the income producing revenue process for a “speculative” logistics asset.
