The logistics portfolio is fully let and consists of 12 Grade A warehouses with a weighted average lease term of 4.3 years. These assets are strategically positioned in prime locations, spanning from Milan to the Verona area, with excellent connections to major Italian motorways, including the A1 (Milan-Naples), A4 (Turin-Milan-Venice), and A22, which links Northern Italy with Austria and serves as a key route for freight distribution between Italy and Central Europe.
This logistics portfolio offers substantial potential for rental growth and value enhancement, driven by strong market demand and strategic positioning. Moreover, this transaction further confirms the strength and dynamism of the Italian logistics real estate sector.
