Dils in record Italian Logistics sale

Dils is proud to have acted as buy-side advisor for the purchase of the Oppeano Logistic Park, which embodies a new record as the largest Investment transaction ever recorded on the Italian Logistics market.

The park was sold by Patrizia to Starwood.

Oppeano Logistics Park, approximately 15km south of Verona and built between 2019 and 2020, comprises five Grade-A logistics warehouses of over 246,000 sqm, with a good set of international and domestic tenants.

This deal confirms the attractiveness of Grade A Logistics properties located in particularly strategic locations and the significant interest from international investors for this type of product.
