Dils acted as advisor in the sale of a stand-alone property located at Via Filzi 25 in Milan. The asset was sold to Domo Media S.p.A., a company specializing in innovative and sustainability-focused projects, by a real estate fund managed by a leading institutional investor.
The property is situated in the Porta Nuova Business District, the newest and most dynamic hub for next-generation office spaces in Milan. This area is home to numerous national and multinational companies and benefits from excellent accessibility thanks to its proximity to Milan Central Station and the M2 and M3 metro lines.
The building comprises twelve above-ground floors, in addition to three underground levels with parking spaces and ancillary areas. Designed in the 1950s by architects Soncini and engineer Pier Luigi Nervi, the property will undergo a comprehensive renovation to meet the growing demand for modern spaces from demanding end-users.
This deal further strengthens Dils’ presence in the office sector, an asset class that, according to the latest data from the Dils Research Team, has emerged as one of the driving forces of real estate investments in Italy during the first nine months of 2024. Of the total €1.5 billion invested in the sector since the beginning of the year, €670 million was allocated in the past three months alone. Milan continues to stand out as a vibrant and attractive market for investors, with three-quarters of transaction volumes in the third quarter concentrated in the city.
