Dils advises a renowned Italian player specializing in real estate investments in the sale of a mixed-use property located at Via Albricci 5, Milan.
Designed by Giovanni Muzio, a renowned Milanese architect from the early 1900s, the asset spans ten floors above-ground and two underground levels, with a total area of approximately 6,000 square meters. The buyer, Green Stone SICAF SpA, through a dedicated compartment majority invested by Pictet Group Real Estate Capital Elevation Fund I, plans a comprehensive renovation of the asset to furtherly enhance its value.
