Change in ownership for Broni Logistics Park (PV): Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, which had acquired the hub in 2019 from the developer as an entry deal into the Italian logistics real estate market – sold the asset to Allianz Real Estate , the global real estate investor and asset manager of the Allianz Group, through GVA Redilco’s advisory services.
Broni Logistics Park was part of Invesco Real Estate’s growing pan-European value-add platform. The strategy focuses on active asset management initiatives to delivering properties for exit into the core market
The logistics park, located a short distance from the Broni-Stradella A21 motorway exit, comprises 4 modern ‘Grade A’ buildings with a total area of approx. 150,000 sqm and is fully let to leading logistics operators and retailers.
The transaction is part of Allianz Real Estate’s broader strategy which aims to invest in the logistics sector through the acquisition of high quality and strategically located properties offering long-term growth potential. Pavia in particular is at an advantage for distribution to northern and central Italy.
