GVA Redilco acted as advisors in the sale of the office building in Via Lorenzini 4, Milan.
Camuzzi SpA sold the asset of approximately 5,600 sqm last November, to the fund managed by COIMA SGR which had already acquired the adjacent building in Via Ripamonti.
The fully let property is located in front of the Scalo di Porta Romana and will be the subject of an important urban regeneration project. The Prada Foundation is nearby as are the headquarters of important domestic and international companies, reflecting the growing interest from both investors and end users in the Office and Living segments which is generated by this area, currently under transformation.
