GVA Redilco and JLL acted as advisors in the sale of ’Palazzo Gran Torino’ a mixed-use building, owned by the Toscanini Fund managed by Generali Real Estate SGR SpA, located on the corner between the historic and elegant Via Roma and Via Buozzi in the heart of the Piedmontese capital.
The asset, a highly prestigious building comprising 2 basement floors and 7 floors above ground for a total area of approx. 18,000 sqm, was sold to the ’Gran Torino’ Real Estate Fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund (FIA) set up and managed by Finint Investments SGR SpA.
The retail-use units on the mezzanine and ground floor, characterized by elegant arcades, are leased to leading international brands, while the upper floors house residential and office uses.
One of the most significant High Street transactions carried out in the first half of the year, this represents a very important deal for the Turin real estate market and confirms that the Piedmontese capital can also offer some interesting investment opportunities.
