Verona Logistics Park: leased the first unit

GVA Redilco acted as advisor on behalf of FONDO GO ITALIA II – managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., for the first letting of a 7,800 sqm unit within the warehouse “A” of Verona Logistics Park.

Invio S.r.l. – specialized provider for the distribution of furniture in Italy, with logistics, transport and delivery services for B2B and B2C furnitures – just this week has took over the new flexible and functional spaces, with 10.80 m. height under beam and Sprinkler NFPA/ESFR.

The strategic area just outside the main city of the Veneto region, the Grade A quality of the warehouses have been the drivers for the Mantua’s 3PL choice. Invio is the first tenant of which, once completed, will be the biggest and modern logistics park of northern Italy.
