GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the letting of 3,000 sqm of offices within ’Serafico 200’, a multi-tenanted office building in Rome’s EUR district.
Characterized by contemporary, functional architecture, the asset, which is owned by a fund managed by Savills Investment Management SGR and already accommodated the headquarters of important national and international companies, will soon host the new HQ of Minsait, the company which groups together Indra’s IT and Digital Transformation businesses, which in recent years experienced exponential growth in Italy.
Recently renovated and enhanced to the highest quality standards, which led to BREAM certification being obtained, the property, with its total area of 25,000 sqm, offers open, comfortable and flexible work spaces. Large car parks, both underground and external, complete the range of amenities offered.
This deal is confirmation of the extent to which the search for quality product continues to guide the preferences of the main corporations choosing welcoming, sustainable and versatile spaces for their headquarters, whilst also paying increasing attention to the well-being of employees.
We expect to complete further significant transactions in Rome in the coming months; our expectations for this year are positive, in contrast to the data recorded last year which saw a sharp contraction for the Rome office market.
