New lease agreement for 10,000 sq.m. at Logicor Logistics Park Alessandria

GVA Redilco, as the real estate advisor of the landlord LogiCor, the European logistics platform of US giant Blackstone, announced a new lease agreement for one module within the logistics park located in Tortona (AL).

LogiCorone of the premier real estate companies in Europe focusing on investments focused on modern logistics, has been commercially advised by the Italian broker for its first operation in the country.

Opificio area logistica e servizi, the company that since 1990 offers integrated logistics services, settled down in the module of approx. 10,000 sq.m. in one of the 3 warehouses of the logistics park located at the center of industrial triangle Genoa-Milan-Turin.

At LogiCor Logistics Park Alessandria there are still available approx. 60,000 m2 of grade A warehouses, equipped with electric-hydraulic dock levelers (1 loading bay every 800 sq.m.), NFPA sprinkler System and an height under beams of 10 m.

The logistics park is in a strategic and central position in relation to the trade ways between Southern and Northern Europe and directly connected with the port of Genoa; it’s located less than 5 km away from the A7 motorway exit “Tortona”, between the motorways A26 and A21, the right position to facilitate at best the movement of vehicles for goods transportation and storage.
