GVA Redilco acted as exclusive advisor in the sale and purchase of a 20,000 sqm logistic asset in Inveruno, in the “Greater Milan” area, an appealing prime location where €140 billion worth of goods transit every year, accounting for 16% of the total national volume.
The modern, Grade A warehouse, strategically located close to the A4 Turin-Trieste motorway, was sold by a leading Italian industrial group to DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, who acquired the building on behalf of a reserved fund fully invested by BentallGreenOak, one of the most active investment managers in Europe’s logistics sector.
The cross-docking asset, entirely leased to a leading Italian logistics operator, is equipped with 29 loading bays and large maneuvering areas, has an internal clear height (under-beam) of 10.5 m., REI 120 fire wall resistance structure and NFPA-ESFR Sprinkler system.
