A leading institutional investor has purchased the 9,400 sqm asset, which is fully leased and completely refurbished in terms of both quality and energy efficiency.
The strategic location and quality of the spaces are the main elements to have guided this deal, which involved the acquisition of a property with additional rental growth potential.
