GVA Redilco assists UBS in the sale of Via Fara 26

GVA Redilco acted as advisor to UBS Asset Management in the sale of the office building in Via Fara 26, in Milan’s new CBD in the Porta Nuova area.

A leading institutional investor has purchased the 9,400 sqm asset, which is fully leased and completely refurbished in terms of both quality and energy efficiency.

The strategic location and quality of the spaces are the main elements to have guided this deal, which involved the acquisition of a property with additional rental growth potential.
