GVA Redilco finalized another important office relocation.
The Office Department team acted as advisor for the signature of a lease contract of 2,300 sq.m. in Amadeo59 – Milan, for Liquigas, an important Italian group, which has special attention to the environment issues, and a leading actor in the national energy market and leader in LPG distribution (Liquefied Petroleum Gas).
The office building widely fulfils the needs of efficiency and comfort in the working environment, granting large, flexible and lighting spaces.
As explained by the Operations Director Luciano Garbini, the company has been able to introduce a new communication dynamics between the workers, to increase the space’s liveability and, meantime, to rationalise the consumption and the management costs.
