GVA Redilco and JLL jointly advise Generali RE on the sale of an asset in Turin

GVA Redilco and JLL acted as sell-side advisor on the sale of a mixed-use property (retail/office), owned by Fondo Mascagni managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A.,Società di gestione del risparmio, located in the historic and elegant Via Roma, in the heart of Turin.

The asset of approximately 18,000 square meters was sold to PATRIZIA AG, the global partner for pan-European real estate investment. The property is partly dedicated to commercial use, with stores of major international brands, while another part is destined for fully leased offices.
