GVA Redilco advisor in the sale of an office building in Porta Romana area

GVA Redilco acted as advisor on behalf of Gruppo San Donato in the purchase of an office building in Milan from Coface – Compagnie Française d’Assurance pour le Commerce Extérieur S.A.

Coface S.A., a leader in credit insurance and risk management, sold the stand-alone asset, built at the beginning of 2000’s.

The building is located in the south of Milan where demand for office space is growing constantly, thanks to ongoing refurbishment projects.
