GVA Redilco advisor in the sale of an office building in Milano

GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale, by InvestiRE SGR, of a 5,000 sqm office property in Via Melzi d’Eril – Milan, in the Arco della Pace district.

The asset was purchased by a fund managed by Prelios SGR and will be refurbished to meet modern energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
