GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale of the asset in via Pola 9/11, in Milan’s new CBD in the Porta Nuova area.
The property, with 2 buildings, has a total area of approx 16.5 thousand square meters and was fully refurbished to the most modern international standards, in line with strong demand from end users for new, Grade A office spaces.
The asset, strategically located a short distance from Milan’s Central and Garibaldi railway stations, was purchased for € 136 milion.
