GVA Redilco advisor in the letting of miLO270

GVA Redilco, previously advisor in the sale of the property, has advised the new owners of miLO270, a symbol of the Lorenteggio Business District, in its repositioning and letting.

miLO270 has been refurbished and modernized, with high quality finishes and a design which is in line with the wider business district context, repositioning it with a headline rent in line with market levels.

The complex’s over 7,000 sqm, split between two buildings (H approx. 5,000 sqm and I approx. 2,000 sqm), have been leased to prime tenants operating in the innovation and technology fields.
