A new deal for the GVA Redilco Office team, who acted as advisor to the landlord – a real estate fund reserved for professional investors and managed by DeA Capital Real EstateSGR SpA – in the letting of 2,400 sqm of office spaces within the technologically advanced Woliba business park.
