GVA Redilco advised their client on the sale of a portfolio, acquired from a leading international institutional investor.
The portfolio sold for a total of €52m.
Two of the buildings, both with a surface area of 25,000 sq m (for logistics use,) are located in the Province of Rome and Pavia. The other 3 buildings, which are fully let, are for office use and are located in Milan, Rome and Brescia.
