GVA Redilco acts as advisor for the lease agreement of the entire office building in Milan via Cernaia 8/10, owned by Beni Stabili.
The building, under total refurbishment which already obtained the LEED PLATINUM pre-certification, will be the new headquarter of Amundi (company of Crédit Agricole Group) Europe’s largest asset manager by assets under management and ranks in the top 10 globally, who recently acquired Pioneer Investments.
The building with a total surface of approx. 8,300 sqm, is located between two key districts in Milan, Brera and Porta Nuova. It’s equipped with modern qualitative standard it’s highly efficient with spaces organized in open spaces.
Cernaia totally represents the trends of the main corporations searching new spaces with historical architecture, but also innovative and technology, exactly the project that Beni Stabili Siiq is developing.
