GVA Redilco act as advisor for the sale of 40,000 sq.m of logistics

GVA Redilco announces the sale for an amount of 20.5 Mil/€ of a logistics warehouse in Paullo (MI), a strategic position in the East Area of Milan very well connected, also thanks to the new TEEM, to the main national roads. The building has more than 40,000 sq.m. of covered surface, with a Sprinkler Systems ESFR, cross docking and it’s currently rented to a main logistics operator specialized within the food & beverage sector.

The German fund Corpus Sireo Immobilienfonds, one of the main European investment real estate fund, sold the building to Prologis, global leader for development, management and investment in industrial real estate.

GVA Redilco, who acted as advisor, strengthens his leadership in the logistics/industrial market in Italy.
