Dils and Savills managed, on behalf of Aegide Milano Vivarini S.r.l. (a vehicle of Aegide), a competitive sales process for a building area located in Milan, intended for a significant primarily residential real estate development project.
This operation, supported by already approved urban planning process, has attracted the attention of numerous institutional investors, confirming the growing interest in the residential segment in the city of Milan.
The area, boasting a building capacity of over 8,000 square metres, is located to the south-west of the city between Via Carcano and Via Vivarini, near the Naviglio Pavese. It offers convenient access to different surface transport options and subway lines.
The new building, strategically situated around 15 minutes on foot from the prestigious Milanese universities Bocconi, NABA, and IULM, will bridge an urban gap within a well-established residential area, supplied with a wide range of services.
