The Capital Markets team at GVA Redilco acted as advisor to InvestiRe SGR SpA, assisting in the sale to SCPI EURION (managed by CORUM Asset Management) of an office building in the municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, in Viale Fulvio Testi.
The asset, located in the north-east of Milan in an area packed with amenities and well connected by public transport, ensuring ease of access to and from the motorway network, is fully let to a leading company, operating within the diversified technology sector and the multiservice industry at a global level.
The asset, with 9 floors above ground and 2 basement storeys for use as archives and garages, has an area of about 8,000 sqm and was fully refurbished in 2018, both architecturally and to the building’s plant based on of the very highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
