GVA Redilco’s Capital Markets team has assisted, as advisor, FLE ITALIA SICAF SpA managed by FLE SA, in the sale of an office building in Via Mosè Bianchi 6, in the historic Amendola/Fiera district close to the renowned City Life area, to an investment fund managed by Tikehau Investment Management, controlled by Tikehau Capital and assisted, as advisor, by First Atlantic Real Estate.

Partially let to a leading banking company, the asset comprises six floors above ground for office use and two basement floors hosting storage and parking spaces, for a total area of approx. 6,400 sqm.
