Main Activities
- Research and analysis of market and socio-economic data
- Evaluation of real estate portfolios and individual residential assets
- Identify the best strategy for the enhancement / management of heterogeneous real estate portfolios with focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, rent, student housing, senior housing, co-living)
- Key market parameters analysis (values, yields, absorption times, etc.)
- Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns and risk profile
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Engineering / Construction Management or Economics. Any post-graduate Master in Real Estate Management is a plus
- +2 years of previous experience in similar role in prime Real Estate companies or in leading consulting firms
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good time-management skills and flexibility
- Excellent analytical skills, proactive approach and team-work attitude
