Main Activities
- Portfolio or single asset analysis, aimed at identifying the best enhancement strategies with particular focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, for rent, student housing, senior housing, co-living)
- Elaboration of market analysis through collection, processing and interpretation of data regarding demand, supply, real estate values, yields, rents and economic and demographic trends
- Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns and risk profile
- Ability to analyse contractual, technical and urban planning documents and ability to summarise the major data in excel
- Knowledge of the main market players and investors are preferential requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Engineering / Management of Built Environment or Economy. Any post-graduate Master in Real Estate Management is a plus
- +2 years of experience in similar roles in prime Real Estate companies or in Leading consulting firms
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Time-management skills and flexibility
- Excellent analytical skills, proactivity and a team-work attitude
