Capital Markets Consultant - Office Department

Database analysis in order to produce reports supporting national and international clients
Commercial Due Diligence reports and market analysis aimed to present the Italian office market and related submarkets
Asset & Portfolio Valuation reports (from a technical, commercial, financial point of view) aimed to support the offices’ purchase/sale/development, through a customized approach to the client, taking into account the individual needs and investment
Work closely with the Research Department to gather information and data

Degree in Economics or related fields
Experience in Real Estate with reference to market analysis and valuation. The successful candidate will be comfortable with notions like market ERV, lease and transaction comparable etc.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Outstanding analytical ability and attention to details
Ability to present the data
